WILKINSON: Iron Master. Invented boring machine                            
                                                         
          BRAMAH: Inventor and Manufacturer.                          
                                                         
              BENTHAM: Inspector general of naval works. Initiator of wood working machinery.                    
                                                         
                BRUNEL: Inventor of block making machinery.                  
                                                         
                MAUDSLAY: Introduced slide rest screw, cutting lathe.                    
                                     
                    CLEMENT: Built planer. Manufactured taps and dies.                
                                                         
                              WHITWORTH: Leading tool manufacturer. Standardized screw threads.  
                                                         
                        ROBERTS: Inventor. Built planer. Improved the lathe.
